how do you know that using a third buff unlocks the chef hat? where does it say that? are there other hats? are there other unlocks?
In wardrobe mode it have all hat shown that we unlocked or yet, and the unlocked hat show the condition how to unlock. And yes condition of Chef hat is "Have 3 shiny buffs active at the same time". :S
you can equip up to 3 shiny fish
