I like the character design, should definitely revisit it in the future. One tip I have if you end up making another platformer, look into "coyote time" mechanic. It allows the player to press jump slightly after walking off a ledge to make the movement more fluid, helps with the confusion between what the character looks like and it's actual collision.
For the style I'd also look into some post process shaders, they can really help you achieve what you're going for

Yes, you are right, I know the mechanics of “coyote time”, to be honest, I don’t know why I didn’t add it hahaha, I didn’t quite understand what you meant when talking about the shader, but I’ll take it into account, as well as about the dangers for the player, I didn’t add them in order to show the “invulnerability” of the main character
