Thanks for fixing the Cassie NG+ Megaboobs softlock. The next NG+ Megaboobs softlock seems to be the Manor quest. It's impossible to equip either the maid dress or the tuxedo top, which is required to progress.
EDIT: just tried an NG+ with Megaboobs and I cannot seem to get the softlock prevention to work. I reset all clothes and skills, and I scoured the entire map, and equipped everything that I could, but Cassie still just calls me a pervert.
