Thanks for checking in, and thanks for your kind words! I see that last year, I replied to a comment by saying I had a "draft that’s far enough along that it might be worth tidying up and releasing for playtest feedback." On closer inspection, that draft turned need more work than I'd hoped, and I got waylaid soon after by other pressing commitments.

In case it's helpful to note, some of the updates planned for a revised edition have trickled out gradually, including:

I'm currently juggling multiple projects, so I don't want to over-promise—but it occurs to me that it may help with forward momentum and yield more usable playtest feedback to release a few more chapters of the revised version, rather than the whole revised draft. Cross fingers that the coming weeks' schedule is kinder to me and that I do not jinx myself by writing this!

Thank you for the thorough response. I have looked at the adjacent posts and although I love the content in them I do appreciate your formatting in the main game and makes it easier to cross reference.

I am excited to see what comes next and again no pressure, ultimately it's nice to see a different take on this genre. I have been in a Severance, SCP, Backrooms kick and the latest horror projects announced or in the wings just get the brain going.

Honestly I was looking for a ttrpg form of the game Abiotic Factor (think half life but you play as the scientists and have to use the power of science) and your game hit the nail on the head with balancing serious and funny so whatever comes its just awesome to see. Again thank you for working on this project when you can, I understand the worries of life can block progress on these passion projects but I am excited to see how it evolves.
