I don't think you will need to rely on reading dialogues on this time. The only miss-able ones are Tomori and Ritsu(if you are not attentive of the environment). Rest are just interact with right NPC or things to happen.

That has nothing to do with Annie. How does one come to that conclusion? If you look carefully you will notice all things and photos are of Junsa. It belongs to her neighbour who is obsessed with her.
