Hey, and congrats on submitting! This is quite a fun little game, and all the mechanics are in place for a good top-down shooter. I had a little trouble navigating the menu, but I think that a lot of effort has gone into this game, despite the short length.
This is one of the few games I've seen so far that included a dedicated tutorial, which is often forgotten about during game jams. Although there (seems?) to be only one level, I had a fun time playing. Nice work!
