Just for everyone looking this up for hints:
There is a room in the Cultist House with a door you can only open with a "mechanism". You need to run onto two pressure plates within the room. But these are not visible, so unless you walk there by accident. you might not find them. Just walk around in that room on every tile. I didnt see that, then looked up the video by Zoltan Kosina and he solved it without even realizing why the door opened. ^^
