Noticed the update just now and no sign of possibility of skipping belle route 1 and 2, trust me everyone I'm not scrambling back and forth for phase 1 and not doing not ever going through the ufo event.
It's on the imminent to-do list, but I can't guarantee that it'll happen anytime soon.
