When making spooky games like this (I am getting a FNAF vibe here) part of the focus is lulling the player into a false sense of security. When you immediately have the "monster" visible at the start, you are going to lose what's scary. Have the player fix a few mundane tasks; maybe a server is unplugged or a mouse is running around. Check out this doc; https://nerdsonearth.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Trajectory-of-Fear.pdf.
Also, you have a lot of bugs! These kind of things will make or break a gamejam. be sure to leave plenty of time for testing.
Very spooky! You've done a great job here!
