Ok it's insane that you have  DOS PC and made a DOS game that runs on modern windows. That has got to be insane to make anything with those limitations. But also probably pretty fun. I turned my mouse sensitivity waaaay down and it was much more manageable. 

Thank you! I had a lot of fun with it. Testing things out, side by side, my windows mouse seems about twice as fast as my DOS mouse, so that checks out. Might just be the case of modern windows moving the mouse faster, or something not taking into account that it's running a 320 x 200 game in regard to mouse coordinates inside the emulator.

Post-jam I'll probably look into making some in-game mouse settings but I agree, changing mouse sensitivity in Windows settings was very helpful.
