Its a fun little game, but some very odd design choices make the experience not as painless as you would expect.

Firstly, constantly having to move diagonally, while aesthetically more pleasing, is quite nauseating after a while. Its fun to look at the bunny from somewhere else than just the back, but the cognitive confusion when moving is hard.

Also theres a odd pause after every time you pick up an egg, which disrupts the gameplay. I think this pause is a side effect of something else though, because when you finally pick up the last egg, there's a good 10 second delay before the game finally says you won.

Overall it is what it is. A seasonal trope game thats not meant to be too serious, but I hope these issues arent replicated when and if the dev decides to make something more serious in the future.

Hi! Thank you so much for the feedback! I was able to take action on all the points you mentioned and hope this makes it a little more enjoyable. :)

  1. You were spot on about the angle of the camera being an aesthetic choice to see more of the bunny character. I tried a direct behind, but father away and more elevated angle and agree that it feels more comfortable so that is in the latest version.
  2. The pause after each collection was intentional to let the pickup animation run. I am guessing the animation was too subtle to be clear, so I removed it and now there is no animation, no pause.
  3. The pause you saw after the last egg was because the game doesn't end until the timer finishes, not when you collect the 20 eggs. There are actually 30 eggs in each round, so I wanted an extra challenge for anyone who has time remaining. I rephrased the challenge statement to say "at least" 20 eggs both in-game and in the game description.
