How does your game fit the theme?
in short: pandora's box
in long: you unleash this whole thing by opening a box and letting it get Outside the box

also i didnt get to add this cuz i ran out of time. but in battles you would defeat enemies by putting them back in the box Luigis mansion style. shame

(also, USE 7zip To unzip, else it gives you an error)

I like the art style, and love that the flavor text of things actually change after the environment changed, has similar vibes to undertale and deltarune would love a full version.

Love the amount of flavor text, really makes the world feel more real and makes exploration way more enjoyable. Even though it's short, it's still a really good setup for the game, and the art is absolutely fantastic. Great job.

I really loved how interactable the world was all around. For example interacting with the mouse hole added a little silly touch to the game while everything was kind of tense and a little scary. I also liked how Nevel is like that as well. I wanted to see what would happen next, but I understand that with the game jam its hard to make a full story. I also had to cut the ending in my game due to running out of time.

I think you have a great groundwork here to make a great interactive story. It reminded me of when I played madfather back in the day. You know some deep things are at play, but you have to progress to see those in action.

Solid game! I enjoyed the art and the attention to detail
