Issues with game indexing

Hi!

To preface this, I have read the Q&A for indexing, both from official itch docs, and the unofficial compilation. We've recently (28/03) released a game on itch that we've been working a long time on it.  I also carefully filled out all the metadata and we've made great effort in making the page design look good. However, for some reason the game was not indexed, and is still not indexed, making it seem as if the game was marked by an auto algorithm. It's unfortunate, since we have already started directing traffic from social media to the game, and I feel that if the indexing will take a week more the momentum might die out. I've already opened a support ticket (355030), but I'm wondering if maybe there are some issues with account, since a game we've released over 7 months ago for a jam (https://obsidian-rose.itch.io/tagnetic) is also not indexed for some reason. Would be very glad if mods could bump the ticket maybe. Thanks!

I've let our admins know about your ticket, but your new game was published one day ago! The FAQ specifically says:

If you're selling your first project, then your page may be placed in our review queue. New sellers are reviewed before their projects are elgible for indexing. This proces may take a few days. Please contact us only after you've waited at least one day.
Your page may be marked for review by one of our internal checks designed to prevent abuse. If you just published the page, please wait at least a day before contacting us.

I'll help speed things up for your older project.

Thanks! I appreciate it

Hey, I'm experiencing the same problem with the poster, and I don't know why. I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone from the itch moderators or support team. We made the game public a week ago, shared it across multiple channels, and it's currently being played by a lot of people, but it still hasn't been indexed. Could you please look into this? Any response would be appreciated.

Please read the rules of this category, that tell you to do what the original poster did above.

Hello! Are there any updates on this?

You'll be the first to find out. No-one here can tell you.
