Good to know that's how you can get the pendant. I already tried getting new dialogue from him before, but even trying again today while having 8 in beggars and 3 in robbers isn't enough to trigger anything.
I would have expected to get the amulet by doing quests for the robbers honestly.
Maybe add more than one way to get it?
