Echoing what Matt said - I don't think piracy concerns are something you'd need to worry about, since more of us have set up Community Copies for people to get the games for free anyway - but of course it's never a bad idea to reach out to people and let them know you're going to be streaming anyway!
In my experience most games take about twice as long as a normal game of Jenga - so from anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. If you're worried about it getting too heavy, some of the games have lighter themes so you might think about playing one of the more standard W&A games alongside a lighter one?
I'll also echo the offer to send you a copy of either The Wretched or Go Alone if you'd like to play either of them, along with the soundtracks that you can use on your stream.
