Is this for an interview or something? There's not really much to say though, just practice. A good site to practice is quickposes.com, where I draw poses on a 60 sec timer. I spend a few minutes a day in there. It's not much, but it can improve character art, like poses and anatomy, which is important in animation, over the years.
I just learn better when I watch people work 😅 not necessarily for an interview (although that wouldn't be a bad idea). You're very good with colors, posing shape theory and physics animation. I just want to "SEE" your techniques and how you go about it. It's just one way I can get an understanding of your artstyle and direction when making animations and sprites.
