Dev didn't share his plans for next updates, but if you'd join the discord you'd be fairly up to date with everything dev has planned and is currently working on
As for translations - those will be back, that's certain, as this will make the game available to more people which will only benefit dev
As for projects after rec - dev doesn't plan that far ahead, he's not sure if he'll be doing anything at all
