It's on the right side of the "Arcade", just before the steps down hug right wall and there you'll find backroom

Get out of Infirmary, head to Arcade on your right and just before the steps go to the right wall and follow it, there will be Backroom

Can conifrm, file name is just as in your screenshot, but during installation it says "TimeRelic Halloween" and that is also the app name after the installation

I don't think its connected companions, I didn't have any and still was ganked by Frenni inside of the security room, she appeared from behind the same cupboard. I guess you also had both doors closed, just as I did have, with the difference being that you attracted them with "distract" and I was genuinely chased down to the sec room
