I was made aware, not that long ago, that the night to day transition is just there, no particular purpose, or at least I don't remember

To get the scenes you want there are few prerequisites:

- rel 100 (just as you wrote)

- have seen all previous event scenes (rel 20 cooking, rel40 running duo, rel 60 couch tit grope, rel80 running bathroom bj)

- once the above is checked, you simply start the night and the game should automatically trigger the rel 100 cutscene

Since 0.5 there's new currency "Peeptube Points" (PP) which you get for the night part, then in the peeptube shop you can buy stuff and also convert them to credits (conversion rate depends on your access level (before you ask - read the damn welcome mails))

You did unnecessary things, if you're playing latest public 0.5.0.3.1, then all cheat codes work 

Why do you get "invalid code" then? Simply because you mistyped it, either wrong spelling or you added an extra whitespace either to the front or the back of the word, Android likes to add trailing whitespace s to words so next time just check if the code is for example "SLOTH" and not "SLOTH "

20k stamina wasn't enough for the lab itself or for the whole running minigame starting from the city to the lab? I know lab is quite long and enemies are significantly stronger, but 20k stamina for the lab should be more than enough

Yup, all of them, even the ones that haven't been developed yet,  once you download the game, you'll see green screen of death and your pc/androind will explode with confetti

As for events, if you browse galery and see 3 locked on the first page and 6 on the next one - those are Friday party random events, I suggest unlocking all the other first and then using cheat code to get them all as grinding it is very tedious and RNG based

To reach the lab you have to follow yosuke's quest (guy with orange headphones that you met at the party)

By accessories I mean cat ears, thigh highs, virgin killer sweater, choker - not consumables like you mentioned books ingredients or special night consumables

If she wants "food" from you, that means simply go to the kitchen with her and cook something without failing it, but first you'll need to buy some ingredients for the recipe, aim for the ramen as it's easier between the two.
