oh man I apologize for that! It seems you are not the only one that has that issue. Quite strange. Out of curiosity, what OS are you using? and what media player? Do .wav files in general not work for you or is this a unique issue?
I'm on a Windows 11 computer, never usually have issues with wav files. When I used the default media player, it simply grayed out and wouldn't play. I tried again with VLC media player, it does work there but its very quiet, I had to turn it up a lot to hear.
