I also ran into this, unfortunately. I actually played through it a second time just to see if the glitch was random, but it was the same. I was curious if there was an ending put into the game back in the bedroom, but at least gameplay-wise I assumed that I had gotten the full experience 🤔

Yeah, I had a whole ending cutscene programmed back in the bedroom. The transition from the house back into the room once you defeat 100 enemies was the very last thing I worked on before I submitted the project, and I didn't have time to properly fix it. I will post a recording of the ending scene in the discord for those who want to see it
