Ohhhh I see, it seems like I might have misread the text. I'm still reeling in from the final push to get my submission in, so my brain is still a bit fried

The claw machine arm felt just like the real thing!!! Unfortunately, my patients didn't quite make it. Very impressive work for a jam game, well done!!

The mechanics were very well implemented, the "books books books books books books books" text on the bookshelf in the tutorial also made me laugh. It was also super fun trying to sneak around all the enemies to make it to the door. Great job!

This was super enjoyable, I loved all of the different effects you get from eating each food item. I'd love to see this expanded on in the future if you ever revisit this!

Neat little game! Like others have said, the music and sound effects were very well done. Good job!

I really enjoyed this, the artstyle gives me late 2000s Flash game vibes. The character designs are charming, and having to move your head from your computer to interact with the patients was a really thoughtful touch. The one with the cat stuck to their face made me cackle, amazing work!

Super fun, really creative concept, and very solid art but good God I could not be a combat medic, they call me Death with how fast I accidentally kill my patients

My only real criticism is after a few runs the timer runs down faster and doesn't seem to reset after a game over, but otherwise, amazing job!!

I liked the part where you get fired because the customer was satisfied, good job!

Oh this is beautiful, amazing choice of sound effects and music. It took me a minute to figure out the cannon but overall this was really fun and amusing

(1 edit)

Yeah, I had a whole ending cutscene programmed back in the bedroom.  The transition from the house back into the room once you defeat 100 enemies was the very last thing I worked on before I submitted the project, and I didn't have time to properly fix it. I will post a recording of the ending scene in the discord for those who want to see it

WOOOO YEAH SALTWATER SWEEP
