Exiting the cave needs you to go a bit further in than you might think, there’s a ledge that can be a little tough to jump on, but past that is the exit.
ok, I had a little difficulty with that and the area with the radio towers, in that one I wandered way off because I didn't see the red lights at first, and had to unstuck myself
