It's either very hard or I'm missing something. I'm always getting gangbanged at the start. Interesting graphics style though
I imagine there was a lack of essential information in the tutorial, coupled with some poor balancing.
If the problem is the pacing, I recommend following the characters' animations.
When an enemy attacks, you must defend, which allows the enemy to be attacked in the next few ticks.
