Title: No response to tax form submission since February 16

Hello,

I submitted my tax questionnaire and signed document on February 16, but I have not received any response so far.

I have already sent follow-up emails (including one recently), but I still haven't received confirmation or any update.

At this point, I would like to understand how to proceed:

Has my submission been received and processed?

Or should I complete and submit a new tax form?

I am concerned that the original document may no longer be valid due to the time passed.

I would really appreciate any clarification or guidance.

Thank you for your time.

You can check the status here:

https://itch.io/user/settings/seller/tax-information

Once you complete it, it's filed and the status will indicate "on file" or something similar. With that, you can start selling on Itch, but the interview is only valid when you request your first withdrawal, not before.

Hi, thanks for the reply, my status is "waiting for validation", so after the first withdrawal the interview becomes valid ?

Validating the interview costs $3, which is deducted from your first withdrawal, so yes, they usually only validate it at that time.

It's also strange that it shows "waiting for validation" since it normally appears as "on file," but perhaps it's because you contacted them for support.

okay thanks for the reply

Once you open your first payout request your tax information will go through the validation process, in the meantime it’s normal for to be pending ‘On File’ until then.

okay , thanks for the reply
