I honestly have no issue with it being temporary, or at least being something that can be slowly amended over time/getting cosmetic skin removal via a new town square business to expedite it
Since this is a kind of medical condition it should be optional.The dev already stated that health problems will be optional if included at all. Personally i'm not into any of it, to be honest.
Fair, having it be an ultimately togglable option would be probably the best approach to it.
