I didn't expect to like barrel this much till i did his heart events
Where do you find Barrel? I started a new game, but even so I can't find Barrel after the mission to make the bandits stop attacking Bareshade.
He shows up at the tavern and when you sleep at your house in Bareshade if you submitted to the bandits when you fought scar i believe
