If there's a survey about the choice of fonts, I'll vote for replacing the usual (almost unreadable) Werbedeutsch font (or clone one). IMHO you can still keep the "medieval" look even with a more friendly font. For example, from Googel Fonts, let's say BOKOR, or PIRATA ONE, GRENZE GOTISCH maybe.
