I'm already using "collected by itch.io, paid later" as my preferred payout method! ^^ And I prefer not to use "direct to you" as a payout option because of tax and liability issues. It's also why I always ask folks in the comment section to contact Itch support for refunds (since I literally don't have access to my earnings unless I initiate a payout akflgsa ^^;)
The "direct to you" option also offers Stripe payments if you connect your Stripe account (which I've already done), but because the DLC includes 18+ content, Itch has no choice but to remove Stripe as a payment processor.
