I've already answered the previous person's comment above, but assuming you've installed the DLC the same way, could you also share a screenshot of the "No CG" error message??
Could you please show a screenshot of what the "No CG" error looks like??
And just so there's no misunderstanding, are you positive you're not confusing the error message with the "no CG yet" placeholder image for future CGs?? This is mentioned in the DLC's description, but there's currently only one 18+ CG available in the demo right now.

If you're able to, please visit the DLC page and provide a screenshot of how you installed the DLC into the "game" folder, and I can try to assist from there.
For the DLC? There is no real way to track development, as there have been no updates yet since its release. The DLC will also only receive updates once more content is added to the base game.
But if you meant the base game, then you can track its development via the dev logs found on its dedicated Itch page (since this Itch page is for the DLC only), or on any of the official social media accounts.
The base game and its DLC are currently being developed for (and meant to be played on) PC only. There is no official version for Android, so the DLC will not be compatible. The same can be said for any third-party apps such as JoiPlay.
If you'd like to use the DLC, you will need to do so on PC.
Please follow the installation guide shown on this Itch page. It looks like you've used the wrong folder. Please find the "14nightswithyou-paid" folder, then locate and replace it with the "14 Nights With You" folder instead.
Unfortunately the only way to obtain theDLC is by purchasing it instead of donating. You can contact Itch Support, explain your situation, and ask for a refund if you'd like.

Sorry, I don't really understand what you mean ^^; You can load your save files within the game itself (there's an option in the main menu as well as an icon in the quickbar), otherwise I'm not really sure what you meant by "load stuff"

The link you were talking about in the FAQ currently has all the information available to guess Ren's name, so you're welcome to go through it if you need more clues!! It also includes a few posts where I mention that his name is not Warren or Soren.
