Quite a fun game, it's compelling to try to be smart about the path of the blade will saw through to avoid young trees and gather as many resources as needed.

I really liked the music it fits the game very well because it's intense and you need to think under pressure, but I was just a bit jump scared the the first time is started, maybe a volume fade in would make it much nicer, or even changing the volume/tempo based on the number of stars or the "health" of the forest. One more thing would be pacing, I found myself waiting quite a bit around the middle of the game because I had quite a few trees stockpilled and the quests would immediately complete as they came.

Really pretty trees though

Thanks for your kind review!

You got a point with the music, a fade will definitely help, and making it "reactive" to gameplay would help game feel. You're also right for pacing, that's something we struggled for. We took too much time to build a lot of "gameplay knobs", and there wasn't enough time left to tune them perfectly.
