i've been trying to puchase a game since october 2025. at first i thought it was just my card with an issue, so i tried another card. didn't work either, even though it was connected to my itch account. i've been consistently trying unti december where i gave up. then i tried again today, with the exact same message 'your card was declined'. all my info was correct, my currency is accepted by stripe. i've contacted support two or three times  in october-december about this with a monthly interval, and i didn't get a response. i did change my email in november, but i dont think it should affect anything because i changed it at the end of november and my first request was sent at the end of october. i've sent another request and i'll wait for a bit, but for the meantime i wanted to ask: is this something that can be resolved on my own or am i just cooked? i cant use paypal. asking because i see nobody else with this issue. tagging this as question bcs idrk what this is classified as sorry (new to itch) edit: phrasing
