Thanks so much for your feedback! You were probably perfectly good at the game, but I threw this version together very quickly on the last day and had no time for balancing, so the overwhelm and not having the right items is totally valid. The hireling bug is also known to me, when you dismiss a hireling from a full pool it doesn't update cards currently active on the board. Definitely fixing that for a post jam update!
