She is Indeed and in solitary, and comes back and tells me a story but no level up.
Do I have to do everything before it in the WT? Or is doing all the favours enough?
Hmm, that's weird, can you try pressing shift+o and typing
prison_gal_gol_step = 1
this should manually increase the level to 1.

Thanks, I will treat it as a one time issue for now. If anyone else have this problem, I will dig into it. For now I can't see obvious bugs
