this should manually increase the level to 1. 

Let me know if it fixes the leveling problem

Hmm, so she returns, tell you a story but the lvl doesn't go up? Is her state in your notebook changing to 'In solitary confinement'?

Have you encountered it before with some previous version? Are you playing 0.22 or 0.21? Maybe your device is not powerful enough?(can you try on other device?)

do it before the game and arrows should be slower.

Increase the number to make it even slower.

press shift+o and type

If it shows zero type 

galadriel_heel_wearing_skill = 1

Try equipping them again

wow, never noticed it untill you mentioned. Now it annoys me too XD. I will see what I can do, I don't really want to replace the music, maybe will find a way to filter it out

When starting the game, I didn't know much about renpy. It's my first game. So some outlines are made by manually creating PNGs. 
At some point I learned how to procedurally generate outlines, so new ones are pretty different than old ones.

thanks a lot for taking time and finding it! I changed the code so it will be ok in 0.21.x. Completely forgot I changed panties naming at some point...
Agree that having a function for it makes sense, I will consider it, also need to consider the cost. which is refactoring a lot of old stuff + testing.

give her the heels though the wardrobe, her heel wearing skills should go up when she wears them.(Check current level using your notebook)

It's intended. The reason is the texts were written for lower levels, so does not accurately reflect her state as you upgrade her
