Couldn't see all the "RIP +1 Speed +2 Strength", did they add up behind the scenes? Also, I just spammed THUNDER as much as I could when outside of cooldown, that was my OP strategy

All stats are added to the general pool after your friends die. This can be seen during character creation—you can essentially choose between 10% and 100% of a stat from the general pool upon creation.
At the start of the game, all stats are set to 10, so this isn't very noticeable, but after a couple of runs, it will become apparent, especially if you set a stat to 100%—the maximum points in the general pool will be shown in parentheses. I don't know if I explained it clearly 😅
