Does anyone know how to unlock the glory hole? I've seen some NPCs talking about it and I've already searched the whole map looking for it.
Soccer boys unlock the quest. To progress it, find one of the tools by scavving or the shop and activate it in your inventory
What tools are these that I need to look for? And where do I use this tool?
Once you have the quest it will tell you exactly what you need. And even if you find them first, you can't use the tools until you have the quest.
