Sorry, it's out of my hands now.

So there's nothing more to be done? My one remaining indexed project can't be touched without fear of another deindexing issue?

...Not all projects are put back in the queue when you make a change. It depends. You can also try writing to support again later. You can try promoting your one indexed game.

Is that not what happened already? Now, redonihunter says two of my projects are in quarantine. Is it not incredibly likely that my third project meets the same fate when its next update releases on the 29th?

And in terms of promotion, I do. When everything was deindexed, I still managed to pull 600-800 views per day from outside sources.

Since the rules are secret, and probably not simplistic, no, I wouldn't say it's likely. Possible, sure. And it sounds like even so you can get the kind of traffic most creators on itch.io can only dream of. It's probably okay to make a new ticket after a while if your projects aren't indexed again, since it sounds like your previous ticket was taken into account already.

We can agree to disagree there.

The traffic isn’t really the issue, I was just responding to your suggestion of promotion. That being said, a drop from 3-4k per day when indexed to 600-800 when not isn’t negligible.

In terms of my previous ticket, I got no response, and the issue wasn’t addressed. I’ll give it a week or so and submit a new ticket.

I do want to say, I’m not trying to come across argumentative, this is simply a very stressful situation for me. Especially since this is the only contact I’ve had from someone related to itch.

It is not just a deindexing issue. Now two of your games are in quarantine. The temporary deindexing is just a side effect.

And yes, if you currently edit your third game, it very likely will get in quarantine too. The system currently suspects your account is compromised, would be my guess. And doing tests to see if it gets delisted might look extra suspicious.
