so doing the mayor secretary job would not give any traits for "fun" acts or normal duty's. this is after a few weeks doing the job but it might be cuz i have trophy wife. as for the time thing, according to the info of the job it said i can do 8 hrs worth of work, but after working the 8 shifts only a hour some times 2 hours pass. this seems to happen when picking "see if mayor has another task" where the work gets done but no time passes.
