I don't recall any laser-precise shift in 0:34 mark, but right at around 0:27 an accordion is introduced. Before that there is just a mellow kalimba setting the mood. So I hope you were looking for the accordion!
I'm not sure what you mean, but there is definetely a human at the other side of the keyboard. I've been called an introvert before, but never a bot :)
