Nice work. I had a few issues with dodging and attacking. I think the dodging and attacking being a bit snappier would improve the game by lot. I liked when the meter turned full, the character becomes untouchable. Really unique take on theme as PotatoBit mentioned. Overall it was nice.

You can hold the dodges so you dont have to be super precise by tapping it when the game is still slow. 

The dodge works with a flag, not with colliders, so as soon as you start dodging you are good.

I hope that is what you mean, cause I just couldnt see any delay in pressing them.

I will be adding input buffering during fights cause of you, in the hopes it will feel even better!

I will also try to remove the startup of the punch and see how that feels.
