How do I unlock the two characters called (Photogenic & Serpent-End)
I'm lost trying to release them; I tried doing it with a guide, but I'm still confused.
You need to have all maps unlocked and make sure reroll for captured ghost is set to yes. Also make sure to have latest version. Older one have problem with new ghosts.
