Excuse my question, but I wanted to know if these two specific things are unlocked when you unlock the apartment, or if you need to do something else, like finding a ghostpedia, I looked for one in apartment 202 and couldn't find it, I only found a piece of clothing, and nothing else. I tried looking at a guide I downloaded, but I'm still lost.
I can no longer move the skills to use them. For some reason, after the update, I haven't been able to play or progress. Could you add a new way to use the skills? Without having to use the mouse.
