I can't find bell in the farm can someone tell me were to look
Oh, she's must be lost somewhere else, you can find her and if you don't want to keep finding her, you buy a cowbell to avoid doing that again.

Look for her footprints outside of town. That'll let you know if she's in the area!
Do you mean the abandoned town or any location?
If Bell is in the location you're going to, there will be footprints when you first enter the area. She can appear in Forest Park, the city, or Transylvania.
