Hi everyone!

I've been having issues with a support ticket (no response). I purchased an asset pack - my credit card was charged twice, and the download links provided via email aren't functional (just redirects me to the itch.io homepage). Very frustrating to pay twice for a single product, and not even be able to access it. Literal robbery.

Anyone had a similar experience?
