The story is beautifully told, and lends itself very well to the roguelike format, the second character is also a very interesting innovation that ties strongly into the narrative.
The grab and toss combat took a bit to get used to, but was very satisfying once I got the hang of it. The game got significantly easier once I realized throwing was a free action, but tossing people around everywhere was very satisfying, so no complaints there.
I did run into one bug while playing, the later floors sometimes fail to generate, which lost me two runs that went quite late. Clearing the early floors was very easy once I knew what I was doing, so not a huge amount of time lost, though it was frustrating to lose the runs. Overall I think it took me about 8 runs to beat, including those two lost runs.
