Use of the limitation
The limitation is in that; controls for your character are indirect, and that just when you think you make make the jump, you are interrupted by falling objects.

I ate too many, friends. It was an unhealthy amount to say the least.

Very Gud!
The concept of this game is very fun and the art style is simple but its goofy look is really amusing ✨🌈🐎
Unfortunately, we were just too bad at it to see much of it 😬...
Good job!
Thank you so much! I originally started that art style because I was almost out of time during the last Jam, but I liked it so much that I made it part of the plat this time around. You're not bad at it, Burrallo is bad at existing.
Too hard for me ): Couldn't get past the first platform, but I like the concept.
Also nice artstyle! I see future in Burrallo, although maybe not for me
really like the artstyle. well made game!
Thank you so much! Did you get to the door at the end?
Very Fun game to play, not my style, but a pretty enjoyable experience.
I will make Burrallo your style, there is no escape. O.O
Thank you so much for playing! Glad you enjoyed the game for what it is.
An original idea! It took me a lot of trying to get anywhere with it :D
Thank you! And real talk, I had to replay the level about 100 times.
The game concept is really unique, and i like that a lot, but i think i am too bad at it XD! I believe that it can become a fun game if more work is put into it!
Thank for taking the time to grind through the experience <3
What would you recommend for a future update?
Improving the dash! Making the controls more tight, while keeping the weird physics!
I think I could have added a little bit of cooyote time to the dash since it only works while grounded or when touching a wall, and Burrallo does bounce a lot when landing on a moving platform, that does make the dash a very precise button press. I'll add that to the next update. Thank you so much for your input! <3
i really this concept it felt unique too bad im bad at the game but i would play it again and try to beat it
I don't blame you, it's a wonky control scheme. I'll keep development active to make the game bigger and polish the controls a tad bit. Thank you so much for playing! <3
iooo!!!! How'd you make it to the end? I didn't really intend for it to be beatable, I thought that required a gate-kept dev secret xD
Good on you, but, did you touch the cow before quitting out?
I found out that you can squeze yourself uder the wall at the last chekpoint, and yes I did touched the cow xd
Yeahhh!! I left a small platform sticking out so you can squeeze through, tho the controls to do so can be kinda strange.
I just barely made it to the continue point. It was tough, but it felt really rewarding.
The simple visual design and the BGM suit this kind of game really well, and they make repeated play feel comfortable and easy to get into.
Getting a checkpoint in this game felt more as a reliefe than earned to me, I actually said out loud "Oh God I don't ever have to do that part again" xDD
Thank you so much for playing! I'm glad that you enjoyed it. I plan on having Burrallo go agains Cthulhu in a later update.
I really like the concept here! I know this was made for controller but I think the keyboard worked just fine. One change I would make is remove the death screen. Jumping right back to the game super meat boy style works a lot better for a game like this.
Hi ho!! I tried the autorespawn, but it led to frustration > misspress > death. But I'll add it to the next update with a new "settings" menu where you can toggle the autorespawn ON or OFF. Thank you so much for sharing!
Let me know if you save the cow at the end!
I don’t know if I’m just bad at the mechanic, but I found it quite confusing and a bit buggy, and it’s hard to press some keys that are close to each other at the same time. But I liked the art style of the game.
Yeah, I'm afraid that I made the game with a controller in mind and didn't add the keyboard controls until very close to the deadline. I think I'm gonna reuoload with the small chance of A and D for the light tilt, and left and right arrows for strong tilt (instead of Q and E). Thank's for the heads up!
Update done. if you wanna give it another go with the new controls? They're in the description and I think they work a lot better this way.
