Bug: T3 Thunder Rush did not decrease my attack interval or give me more Hit Chance. (I think t2 also didn't give me anything, but I forgot to look at my interval time before I leveled up to t2 and can't be sure.)
Hey, thanks again for all the feedback, I found the issue on this, it's display only and I will address it with the next patch (all of the issue reported)
