Regarding mission and idling, I was trying to make it happen with the queue but I hear you. I was thinking about an “Expedition” mode where you would idle different mission available for your rank, maybe at lower merit payout. 


for gear, I’m thinking about it more as cosmetic than actual bonus for now, between aspect, Dao and elixir I feel like it’d be hard not to do something redundant. And for more meta effect, I’m working on something (Inheritance Hall)


I definitely need to put together a bestiary and compendium!

Also, to be transparent, the itch version is getting less love than the steam one, so some of the thing you’re seeing are now different on steam.

I just did the Steam release and have a small number of keys I’m sharing with people who’ve been engaged with the game. Happy to send you one if you’d like to try the latest version. If you do get a chance to play, let me know if you feel the change in game balance (stats, especially mid/end game) and game pace, I tried balancing a little. I have the first version of pve ladder and working on pvp. And if you end up enjoying it, a Steam review would really help, but no pressure at all. I separated the "levels" into major xanxia cultivation realm, in the game the first 100 levels are in the mortal realm, the next 108 (for 108 meridians) correspond to the Qi Realm, etc.. when you go from one major realm to the other for the first time, you discover a new dao

It shouldn't be random, you should be able to select a dao when 1) you complete a path or 2) you break through a major realm

Mission rating should be based on multiple things depending on the mission : time to complete, hp at the end, etc...

It's on purpose, it's a teaser for the pet feature that I have been enabling every now and then. not yet implemented

I really appreciate the time and thought you put into it. Some of your suggestions need a bit of math and design consideration on my side, so I want to make sure I think them through properly rather than rush them, but they’re absolutely being looked at.

Are you saying that you are not getting a stone of the rarity above?What should happen : if you get enough stones to go above 100, it becomes a spriti stone of the rarity above. So 102 Mid in your reserve turns into 1 High and 2 Mid.

Let me see. You're saying you lost both Insight and Aspect XP but somehow got loot from mobs?  Did you get offline progress pop up when you restarted?

Hey, there is a lot to digest here but I really appreciate the detailed feedback. Some of what you are reporting I am already working on (Dao imbalance, Armor penetration visibility) but I am going to review all of your points and try to push something in the next couple of days on the easier balance adjustment items, especially regen. Again really appreciate your thoughtful feedback, I'll come back here and update on what I am thinking

Second Dao selection is expected if your hero was already in the Qi Realm. Both Dao should be in effect

That's a good idea, I am going to add some options to the game including deciding whether the game is paused in the menus or not

Yep, definitely did not intend for a build like this to be able to go this far. Thanks for sharing. (I do want this build to be used though, I think it's a fun tanky way of progressing)

That’s strange, I haven’t released anything over the last couple of days. I’m going to add export/import but can you tell me which browser and OS you are on? 

I’m going to make the save process more robust and include some failsafes to avoid that in the future. Thinking about being able to export/import saves too

Correct, Impurities are tied to the rebirth mechanism once you have perfected your foundations ( max Soul/Body rebirth)
