Yes, you can interact with Misty and one of the racers in the free version, but only one of them has adult animations. In the patreon build you have multiple characters to interact with and both lesbian and futa animations.
When you spawn as Kaitlin in the BFRV, you need to walk out into to module where the stairs are. There is going to be the green racer, note: she spawns downstairs but might walk up anytime. Additionally you might need to earn some charm points to unlock her, 400 should be enough.
