This seems overwhelmingly complicated. But I assume if you are generating high enough revenue, they will be more forgiving.

Also, if you think about it, shooter games are just filled with murder.

Text stories could also be banned, considering there are banned books around the world.

The lack of racing adult games might be due to the extra amount of work required for the racing part, especially considering I didn't see that many plugins for racing games and ai on the marketplace, so I had to make mine from scratch. Also, the vast majority of adult games seem to be just visual novels.

In the patreon release for Exoterra there is a toggle to make Kaitlin busty, chubby, buff or skinny.

GTA San Andreas also had a mechanic where CJ would gain weight when eating too much, get buff when training a lot etc.

Honestly, it never even crossed my mind to add a full process of that sort, also including children or babies in this type of game just feels wrong to me.

Although, laying an egg and keeping it as an in-game collectable might be funny.

I will definitely double check the rules in case I add character customization that includes a pregnant option, so thanks for the heads up on that part.

Or there could be a character customizer, where you have a toggle for "pregnant", and bamm, you play with a character with a big belly that might poke through nearly everything in the way. The player who wants pregnancy, can get a pregnant character, but who doesn't care about it, can simply ignore it.

I do plan on releasing it to steam, but I still need to add a lot of content beforehand.

I will consider all suggestion, but it will take time until I can make some of the changes. Right now I am working on improving the character and animations.

You are welcome, I have also updated the free build, to include the graphics settings in a .zip file with instructions, in case anyone else has a similar issue.

I will try to answer all 6 of them

1. There is a discord server, linked to my Patreon page, but you need to be a patron.

2. I don't know if there is private messaging on itch, but you can contact me in private on my Patreon page: https://www.patreon.com/Exoterra - no need to pay to send a private message.

3. When starting a race or by pressing Esc when exploring with the MC in the menu you have an option called Graphics, there you can set the game to low, medium, high or epic and adjust the resolution scaling.

4. Both should be able to run it, but you also need a gpu and some ram in the computer.

5. Pregnancy is doable sometime in the future.

6. Don't know

Alternatively, you could replace the graphics save file for the game:

  1. Download the GraphicSettingsFile.
  2. In your file explorer, paste the following location: %localAppdata%\ExoterraFree\Saved\SaveGames.
  3. If the SaveGames folder doesn't exist, please create it.
  4. Paste the downloaded file into that folder. If you already have a save file by that name, overwrite it with the new one.

Please note that I cannot guarantee the game will run correctly on your system, as the error you encountered suggests it may be related to the limitations of integrated graphics.

Hey there

1. First of all, do you have a dedicated GPU in your system, or are you using the integrated GPU of the i3-9100 (UHD Graphics 630)?

In case you don't have a dedicated GPU, I don't think the UHD 630 will be able to handle everything .

The intro scene is pretty bare bones, so I didn't include an option to change graphics there because although it might lag, you would be able to change the graphics right after clicking play and loading the first level.

Please note: Avoid sharing sensitive information such as device names, device IDs, or product IDs in public places for privacy and security reasons.

2. That could be a possibility

3. I was thinking of adding a sex scene in the bathroom

4. A customizable character is currently in the works, but there are still a few issues that I have to address beforehand

Edit: After seeing your screenshot, the error is often associated with running on an integrated GPU. To avoid such errors, I recommend using a dedicated graphics card. Integrated graphics may not provide the required performance, and it can also impact the available processing power and memory of the system.

If you have access to a system with a dedicated GPU, try running the game on that.

I will definitely work on my promotional skills, search for new places/sites to promote and look into tags.  Thank you for all the advice.

Thanks for your awesome feedback! I actually want it to be just a bit more than a racing game with adult content. The base of the story is mostly done but I still need to convert it to actual dialogue, lore etc., and I will try to add the beginning of the plot to the game as soon as possible, right now I'm working on a new race type. The reason I chose a mash-up like this is because when I was browsing I could barely find any adult games with actual gameplay, so why not racing, love and sci-fi? My initial plan was to make the game open world with some other features, but I had to scale back because it was way too overwhelming for me. (About the indie tag ... I have no clue, I'm fairly new to itch.io and Patreon so I just typed what seemed relevant)

Thank you so much for playing my game and making a gameplay video! I really appreciate it. I noticed that the gameplay in the video was a bit jittery, which can happen if the graphics settings are too high. You might want to try lowering the graphics settings for a smoother experience. Thanks again for playing!

Thanks for your feedback! I'm actually working on adding more NSFW content to the game, including new characters and a storyline. Stay tuned for updates!

The adult build is available on my Patreon page at www.patreon.com/Exoterra , and I would love for you to check it out if you're interested.

Thank you for playing and for your feedback. I understand that the demo may be short and not as feature packed as you expected, but as a solo dev, creating a game takes time, and I am constantly working on improving and adding more content. I hope you will check back in the future as I continue to expand the game.
